Part of our commitment to providing the highest level of service to clients is the use of top quality massage and skin care products. From massage cream to facial masks to laundry detergent, it’s all part of the formula we rely on to deliver the best results possible.

But, at the same time, we’re committed to running the most sustainable, green business that we possibly can. This can be quite tricky when trying to use top quality products – not to mention, just the nature of the spa business is one that consumes quite a bit. Still, we’re devoting ourselves to a course of action that will eventually create maximum sustainability.

For starters, none of the skin care or massage products we use contain what’s known as the “nasty five” ingredients in our industry. Facial products are also 100% vegan, with none of them being animal tested. All of this while still going with top vendors that make some of the best products in our field.

We also do quite a bit of laundry here at Serendipity (anyone want to help?!) – but clients can rest assured knowing we use dye and chemical fragrance-free laundry detergent…they’re made with essential oils instead.

This is just the start on our quest towards maximum sustainability. We’ve been inspired by other small businesses in our area, and hope we have the opportunity to do the same!
